Choosing to live life to the fullest is the best decision you will ever make!
Truth is we all have a lot of shit covering up the diamond version of ourselves. It's not about perfection, it's about being a forever student with life.
It's about learning, growing, reflecting in self honesty and self inquiry every moment.
When you know better, you do better.
When you get honest about what makes you tick and why you do the things you do, you become the power to let go of what's not serving you and the power to confidently step into the best version of yourself.
For me being a thought leader, trail blazer, rebel with a cause, earth angel, Mama to all life is a way of being. Choosing to be who we really are is about letting go of what everyone else might think of that.
There is a caveat..
In walking your truth are you being constructive or destructive in your tendencies with yourself and with others?
Choosing to live in harmony with Creator and creation and open to the rhythm of nature and the laws of creation is like coming home to something you've long searched for. It's coming home to Love and Love is only and always constructive.
Who you are being is everything.
Awareness of who and how you are being with each breath is key in transformation.

The eyes are the seat of the soul.
In the beginning of the journey with a new client they often come to me with a lack of life living through them. They have lost the shine in their eyes. They might be feeling alone, sad, frustrated, afraid and have a deep calling within themselves to awaken to a new way of being. They are ready to ask and accept support that fuels the shift inside and radiates in their outward expressions.
Witnessing the transformation never gets old! I love what I get to do. From our first moments together I get to witness my clients access the sensation of calm, peace. I see them taking in more life energies with a deep inhale and I see the letting go of worry, stress and dis-ease with a deep exhale.They've begun to once again access their inner light. They are ready to give up struggle, striving and surviving and trade it in for thriving! I get to witness them choose to live from empowerment.
